EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges of a new, unworn PRESTIGE 314 piece will be accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. No returns will be accepted under any circumstances.

Exchanges will only be accepted if the jewelry has not been worn and is returned with all original packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of exchange shipping. The exchange value is determined by the original purchase price of the item. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us by email at prestige314shop@gmail.com.

If your item arrives with a defect or damage, you must take a photo immediately upon delivery and contact us. If the issue is determined to be from our end, we will work with you to find a solution. Please note that every piece is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure quality prior to leaving our facility.

Exchanges must be shipped directly to PRESTIGE 314. Please pack and seal your box securely in the original packaging, and include the order number and a contact number. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that provides a tracking number to ensure safe delivery. For security purposes, do not write the word JEWELRY anywhere on your package.

Once your package has been received, the item will be inspected, and its condition evaluated. We will contact you to verify whether your item is eligible for an exchange. If eligible, the exchange will be processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping, handling, and insurance charges, if applicable, will not be refunded or credited.
